Chuck Cuda is a successful entrepreneur and commercial real estate expert based in Kansas City, Missouri. As the founder of OPES Commercial Real Estate, Chuck has completed over $200 million in transactions. The firm is projected to exceed $80 million in transactions by 2025, establishing Chuck as a leader in the industry.
Chuck is also the CEO of Elevation Cannabis, where he led the expansion from five to 22 licenses across three states. His portfolio includes ventures in healthcare, construction, and retail.
In 2018, Chuck founded the OPES Charitable Foundation, raising over $3 million for causes like cancer research and autism. He is active in local boards, including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and volunteers as a youth baseball coach.
Chuck attributes his success to his faith, family, and commitment to growth. He lives with his wife, Annamarie, and their children in Kansas City.
